Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of being placed. After that window, your order enters processing and we're unable to make changes. Contact us immediately at voltfabric@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also find your tracking info in your order confirmation email. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of shipment.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched the same day.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. Orders below this threshold have a flat shipping rate of £3.99. Express shipping is always available for a fee.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Yes! We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at voltfabric@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your bank statement.

We use only premium, sustainably sourced materials — heavyweight 380gsm cotton for our core hoodies, 300gsm French terry for sweatshirts, and performance blends for our technical pieces. Each garment is pre-washed to minimise shrinkage.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out. Avoid tumble drying to preserve the fabric and print quality — air dry flat instead. Do not iron directly on any printed areas. Following these steps will keep your gear looking electric for longer.

We operate on a limited-drop model — once a colourway is gone, it's generally gone for good. However, core styles are restocked seasonally. Sign up to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram @volt_wear_official to get restock alerts first.

Absolutely. Every Volt Wear garment is produced in factories that meet strict ethical and environmental standards. We regularly audit our supply chain and are committed to fair wages, safe working conditions, and minimal environmental impact.

Our garments are designed with a contemporary, slightly relaxed fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a more oversized look, we recommend sizing up. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and length measurements.

We currently offer sizes XS through 3XL across most styles. We're actively working on expanding our size range to be even more inclusive. Check individual product pages for exact size availability.

For the most accurate fit: measure your chest at its widest point, your natural waist, and your height. Compare these measurements to the size chart on each product page. When in doubt, our support team is always happy to help you pick the right size.
